The rules of the road.

1. Who we are

AgentRank is a product of Jazel Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated in India. These terms govern your use of agentrank.jazel.co and any subdomain or paid product served under that domain.

2. What you can do

You can submit your own public product URL for a free score. You can subscribe to a paid plan to track multiple products, schedule re-runs, receive alerts, and use the programmatic API.

3. What you can't do

• Submit URLs you don't have the right to test.
• Use the public score endpoint to overload third-party APIs (we rate-limit at 10 req/min per IP).
• Scrape our public scores in bulk without using the paid API.
• Resell our scores as if they were your own benchmark.

4. Scores are opinions

AgentRank scores reflect how a set of AI coding agents performed on a fixed corpus of tasks against your product's public API surface. They are not a quality judgment of your product overall — only of how readable, idiomatic, and AI-agent-friendly its API is.

Scores can move when agents update, when our corpus expands, or when you ship breaking changes to your API. We document our methodology publicly at /methodology and every score is reproducible.

5. Disputing a score

If you believe a score is wrong, email founders@jazel.co with the score URL and what you think is incorrect. We'll re-run the test, share the full trace, and update if appropriate. Verified product owners (with paid subscriptions) get priority on disputes.

6. Payment, refunds, cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually by Dodo Payments. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the current billing period. Refunds within 7 days of the first charge of a billing cycle, no questions asked. After that, no refunds.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform. We'll give you 7 days' written notice unless the violation is severe (e.g. attacks against other users).

8. Liability

AgentRank is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it accurate, but to the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Third-party trademarks and fair-use

AgentRank refers to and benchmarks third-party products and AI coding agents by name. Specifically:

• Products under test — Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, Square, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, Clerk, Auth0, Supabase, and the other products listed on category leaderboards.
• AI coding agents — Anthropic's Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and ChatGPT, Cursor, and Windsurf.
• Infrastructure mentioned in this site — Resend, Dodo Payments, Vercel, Railway, Cloudflare, Sentry, PostHog.

All such product names, logos, and trademarks are property of their respective owners. We use them solely to identify the product being benchmarked, the agent doing the benchmarking, or the infrastructure we run on — a fair, descriptive, nominative use.

We do not claim affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or any partnership with these companies unless explicitly stated on their respective score page. We do not store, replay, or republish the bodies of any real API requests against their production systems; test runs use sandbox or otherwise public-only endpoints and throwaway credentials.

If you are a rights-holder and believe a score, methodology reference, or use of your name materially misrepresents your product, contact founders@jazel.co. We will respond within 7 business days, share the underlying trace, and correct or remove the content if warranted.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bangalore.

11. Changes

We'll email all paid subscribers at least 30 days before any material change. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
